Diagnostic fees charged for complex evaluations are generally non-refundable, as they represent time and expertise invested in assessing your timepiece. However, these fees may be applied toward repair costs if you proceed with recommended services.
Parts and materials specifically ordered for your timepiece are generally non-refundable, especially if they are custom or special-order items. However, we will work with you to find alternative solutions if issues arise with parts compatibility or quality.

Any concerns about our work should be reported within 30 days of service completion. This allows us to properly evaluate the issue and determine the best course of action while the work is still fresh and relevant.
When a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method within 5-10 business days. For cash payments, refunds will be provided in cash. Credit card refunds may take additional time to appear on your statement depending on your card issuer.
