Service Satisfaction Policy

If you are not satisfied with our repair or restoration work, we will work with you to resolve the issue. Our satisfaction policy includes:

  • Free re-evaluation of any concerns related to our completed work
  • Correction of any issues directly related to our repair services at no additional charge
  • Clear communication about what can and cannot be addressed
  • Honest assessment of realistic expectations for vintage and antique timepieces

When Refunds May Be Considered

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Work was not performed as agreed upon in the written estimate
  • Significant damage occurred to your timepiece due to our negligence
  • We determine that the repair cannot be completed as originally estimated
  • You decide not to proceed with repairs before work has begun

Refund Limitations

Please understand that certain situations may limit refund eligibility:

  • Work has been completed according to the agreed-upon estimate and specifications
  • Issues arise from pre-existing conditions not disclosed during initial assessment
  • Normal wear and tear or damage occurring after service completion
  • Unrealistic expectations for vintage or heavily damaged timepieces
  • Changes in customer requirements after work has commenced

Diagnostic and Assessment Fees

Diagnostic fees charged for complex evaluations are generally non-refundable, as they represent time and expertise invested in assessing your timepiece. However, these fees may be applied toward repair costs if you proceed with recommended services.

Parts and Materials

Parts and materials specifically ordered for your timepiece are generally non-refundable, especially if they are custom or special-order items. However, we will work with you to find alternative solutions if issues arise with parts compatibility or quality.

Resolution Process

If you have concerns about our service, please follow this process:

  1. Contact us immediately to discuss your concerns
  2. Bring your timepiece back for re-evaluation if necessary
  3. Allow us the opportunity to address and resolve the issue
  4. Work with us to find a mutually acceptable solution

Timeframe for Concerns

Any concerns about our work should be reported within 30 days of service completion. This allows us to properly evaluate the issue and determine the best course of action while the work is still fresh and relevant.

Refund Processing

When a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method within 5-10 business days. For cash payments, refunds will be provided in cash. Credit card refunds may take additional time to appear on your statement depending on your card issuer.

Alternative Resolutions

In many cases, we can offer alternative resolutions that may be more beneficial than a refund, such as additional services, adjustments, or store credit for future services. We encourage open communication to find the best solution for your specific situation.
